The 2016 Pinot blanc is our third release from our newest estate vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. The wine is aged and fermented in a combination of two vessels: neutral oak and a tradtional clay amphora.
Showing distinct aromatics of honeydew melon, grapefruit and wet concrete, this wine is lithe and textured on the palate with creamy softness balancing bright acidity. Lime zest, pineapple and guava complement the more subtle flavors of fresh coriander and dried herbs. TECH DATA
